Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros – Half and Half.

The reason this Sweet Leaf flavor is so important is that it describes my state and theirs. They were for sure half in the bag on stage and I was half in the bag watching them. Together we were all in.

In 2004 watching Trey Anastasio while I was sipping on mint and honey all day when it was 100+ degrees that day. Hot and dusty days…

Hope this is the right place to enter the contest. I went to my first ACL festival this past year and was sipping on the Mint and Honey tea while watching Coldplay! Awesome show!

My favorite performance was Phoenix. Specifically because Thomas Mars came out into the crowd right where my friend and I were standing. It was a perfect concert after waiting years to see them.

My ALL-TIME favorite ACL show….Tom Petty! It was raining so a large portion of the crowd left. We stuck it out since Tom promised to finish the show. And he did! He came back and played even longer than his set time. One of my favorite memories – ever. We had to stock up on supplies since we were committed to staying there throughout the show. I had my favorite SLT in hand – mint and honey. I’ve grown to love diet peach and raspberry too!

Never been. I live in Pennsylvania. This is really not a fair competition. I am also still waiting for a response to my e-mail inquiry as to where to find/buy the lip balm. So far, I am terribly disappointed by this company’s lack of professionalism.

  • Melissa Dwornick said: December 20th, 2011 10:34 am

I live in NJ so attending the event is impossible. However, if I were to attend, I would be drinking Citrus Green Tea.

I’ve never been to ACL music festival. I have watched videos of it on You Tube and I watch the ACL show on a regular basis. (Also a proud supporter of PBS!) One of my favorite shows ever was Iron and Wine, and I was drinking a Half and Half while watching it.

My favorite ACL show of all time was Them Crooked Vultures. To see all that talent on stage together at one time was mind blowing. I was sippin on a Diet Original. mmmm delash

Just found this on your site and agree 100%!
“If you doubt that a zero-calorie sweet tea can taste as good as The Original, ask one of the thousands of people at Austin City Limits Music Festival, where we ran out of The Original Sweet Tea. We served them Diet for a few hours and no one noticed. True story.”

  • Breanne Speer said: December 20th, 2011 3:14 pm

Muse and Mint & Honey! Being able to enjoy it thoroughly was particularly difficult, though, as we had been sitting in our front row center spot all day. As you might know, if you’re in the front row, you try as hard as you can to not leave the front row (as you never know if you’ll be able to get back up there), so fluid intake was at a minimum to, you know, avoid having to make a trip to the port-a-potty. But, believe me, that Mint & Honey was there when it was time for some serious thirst quenching business!

My favorite ACL show of all time was Pearl Jam in 2009. I drank two orginal Sweet Leaf Iced Teas, stomped each can flat and tied them to my bottom of my feet with shoe strings. All I really wanted to avoid, my bare feet in the dillo dirt! Granny would’a been proud!

The very first ACL. I sprinted across Zilker after a few Patty Griifin songs to catch an amazing Wilco set. And I was drinking sugar free lemon lime. Oh, how I miss that tasty Sweet Leaf tea at ACL.
