Being in charge of all the logistics and activation for our Lollapalooza sponsorship is no easy task.  Sweet Leaf Tea has been proud supporters of the festival since C3 started running it in Chicago in 2004, and I’ve been involved with our marketing efforts on-site since my first year with SLT in 2007.  You don’t ever think about what it takes to make these things happen until you’re on the other side of things.  For starters, this year we’re bringing two full truck loads of tea and equipment!  Not to mention scheduling and coordinating volunteers to help sling tea, coordinating travel and lodging for our home office team, creating a marketing schedule and other fun stuff for festival goers, gathering and ordering assets, creating consumer giveaway and retail promotions — it all gets a little dizzying, but this ain’t our first rodeo.  We’re excited for another great year in Grant Park, Chicago!

Last week, Danny and I spent a day at our North Austin warehouse packing one of our trucks bound for Chicago.  I thought I would share some photos of what we’re bringing to give our fans some perspective about how much stuff we bring to the fest.  Enjoy!
